- To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to meet the following criteria:

- Be enrolled in a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) program at Deakin University.
- Be an international or domestic student.
- Not be receiving another scholarship that covers HDR fees.
- Not have other income exceeding 75% of the scholarship stipend for living expenses.
- Have completed at least four years of tertiary education with First Class Honours or equivalent academic achievement.
Degree-Specific Requirements
For Doctoral Degrees:
- Completed a research project or thesis equal to at least 25% of a year’s full-time study with a grade of 70% or higher.
For Research Master’s Degrees:
- Completed a research project or thesis equal to at least 25% of a year’s full-time study with a grade of 65% or higher.
