- To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be:
- Applicants must be non-French nationals.
- For the Master’s program, candidates must be no older than 27 by 2024.
- For the PhD program, candidates must be no older than 32 by 2024.
- Applicants cannot hold another scholarship at the time of application.
