- Be a citizen of a developing country
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 years or 180+ ECTS credits) from a recognized university
- Demonstrate English language proficiency
- Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Have completed their most recent degree typically within the past 6 years
(Applicants with an earlier degree must provide strong justification for pursuing a second Master’s)
