- Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a national of a country outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or Surinam.
- Meet the requirements for obtaining an entry visa and residence permit for the Netherlands.
- Not hold a double nationality from an EU/EEA country.
- Have applied for admission to a participating full-time Master’s programme at Maastricht University (participating programmes) for the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Meet the specific admission requirements of the UM master programme to which you have applied.
- Have never participated in a degree-seeking higher education programme in the Netherlands.
- Not be above 35 years on 1 September 2024.

- The Holland Scholarship 2024 offers a range of benefits to eligible students, including:
- Full tuition fee waiver
- Monthly stipend of €1,000 (€12,350 for 13-month programmes and €23,750 for 25-month programmes)
