The goal of the Master’s programme is to give students a deeper understanding of marketing issues on the basis of a sound marketing-related training. In particular, various technological developments and future trends are taken into account in the development of markets. This ensures that the students are prepared for future market requirements and are very attractive for a potential employer. Classes will take place both on Campus Rheinbach and on Campus Sankt Augustin. International quota: 7% of the available study places are reserved for applicants with Non-EU nationality.

Entry Requirements
- For access to the Master’s degree programme in Marketing, a Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent undergraduate degree) with 210 credit points in economic sciences or in a closely related degree programme is required, e.g. Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, Finance, International Business, Marketing, etc. The share of economics modules including quantitative methodology must be at least 70 ECTS credit points.
- If the Bachelor’s degree was assessed with less than the required 210 credit points but at least 180 credit points, the additional module ‘Practical Term’ must be completed with a duration of at least 20 and a maximum of 27 weeks during the Master’s degree study.
- English language skills must be at least level B2 (CEFR), see accepted proofs below under ‘Application documents’.
- If all access requirements are met, places are allocated to applicants with the very best final grades (CGPA).
