- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Be an international student from outside the EU/EEA.
- Be enrolling in one of the following programs for the 2025/26 academic year:
- A 1-year full-time taught master’s program.
- The first year of a full-time PhD program.
- Hold an offer of admission to UCD in an eligible program. Applications without an active offer will not be considered.
- Be required to pay non-EU/EEA tuition fees.

- Recipients of the UCD Government of Ireland Scholarship will receive:
- A full tuition fee waiver.
