- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Be a national of an ADB member country and eligible for Japanese ODA scholarships.
- Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Have at least two years of full-time professional work experience.
- Age: Be 35 years or younger at the time of application.
- Admission: Gain admission to an approved Master’s program at the University of Hong Kong.
- Commitment: Agree to return to and work in their home country for at least two years after completing their Master’s studies.
