No Refunds: All payments made to Purplebook.ng are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure that you carefully review your payment details before making any payment. Should your request for a refund be due to an abrupt elimination of the use of our services, then this can only be granted within a 6 months timeframe or less but nothing more.

Appointment reschedule; All appointments must be rescheduled latest 3 hours prior. If you have any reason to be unavailble for you appointment, you are required to reschedule by sending us an email (studyabroad@purplebook.ng) within the stated timeframe. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior communication, you will not be offered a refund or free reschedule. You are expected to pay for a new consultation in full.

Disputes: If you have any issues or disputes regarding a payment made on the Purplebook.ng platform, please contact our customer support team via email at studyabroad@purplebook.ng for assistance. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
