Institut Polytechnique de Paris

Located in Palaiseau, France, Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris) is a public engineering school and research institution. In 2019, five esteemed engineering schools merged to form this new institution.

It has a reputation for having competitive academic programs, solid industrial connections, and an international outlook. Additionally, the university has connections with universities like ETH Zurich (Switzerland), University of California Berkeley (USA), and Imperial College London (UK).

Sorbonne University

Another top university known for its efforts in research is Sorbonne University. It was formally founded in 2018 when Pierre and Marie Curie University and Paris-Sorbonne University merged.  It is regularly named one of the best universities in France and the world, and it is also one of the world’s oldest and most famous educational institutions. 

Université Paris Cité

This university was formed in 2019 when the Université Paris Diderot, Paris Descartes, and Institut de Physique du Monde de Paris merged.  It offers combined degrees with universities across the UK and Europe, emphasizing mobility and partnerships. 

These universities include King’s College London in the UK and Humboldt University in Germany. It offers courses in Humanities, Arts, and Languages; Human, Economic, and Social Sciences; Science and Technology; and Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Nursing.
