The Academy Scholars Program at the Harvard Academy for International and Area Studies aims to identify and support exceptional early-career scholars with expertise in social sciences. These scholars are expected to demonstrate fluency in a foreign language and in-depth knowledge of regions outside the United States and Canada.
The program also provides the scholars with a two-year residential postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It offers substantial financial and research support to help them conduct rigorous research projects and enhance their expertise in their respective fields.
