- To be eligible for this scholarship, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Open to applicants from all countries.
- All graduate-level degree-bearing courses at Oxford are eligible.
- Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma courses are not eligible.
- Applicants must be applying for a new master’s or DPhil course.
- Those with deferred offers to start in 2025-26 or current students continuing the same degree are not eligible.

- For full-time students, a minimum annual grant of £15,009 for living costs.
- Part-time DPhil scholars receive at least £2,502, while part-time master’s scholars receive at least £5,003 for non-fee costs.
